Description
- Bryton Hi Gloss is a premium grade gloss paint.
- It is high gloss, tough and durable specially formulated for decorative coating and protection for wood and metal surface
- It is suitable for both interior and exterior application
- It is a premium solvent based paint, suitable for use on all types of wood and metal surfaces
- It is a fungus-resistant high gloss architectural paint that is easy to apply and forms a smooth mirror-like tough paint with excellent gloss and durability
Usage
For decorative and protection of all types of exterior wood and metal surfaces. It is also ideal for use as a marine enamel topsides, deck houses and engine room

- Pigment - Organic & Inorganic
- Extender - Non
- Binder - Modified Alkyd
- Additives - Unleaded Dries, Surface Active Agents & Fungicide
- Vehicle / Solvent - White Spirit

- Specific Gravity - 0.95-1.11 (Depend on color)
- Viscosity - 65-75 KU/27 Celsius
- Theoretical Coverage - Approx. 14-16 m^2 / liter (Depending on surfaces evenness)
- Opacity - </= 85% (White base), others color will vary
- Gloss - </= 85% (White base), other color will vary
- Sag Resistant - Approx 150 microns wet film thickness
- Drying Time: Surface Dry: </= 4 hours (Depending on temperature and humidity) & Hard Dry </= 18 hours. (Depending on temperature and humidity)
- Interval Re-coating - 6 hours
Application
- Brush/Roller - For normal use, thinning is not necessary. If required add up to 10% volume with White Spirit
- Conventional Air Spray - Thin 10-20% by Volume with White Spirit and adjust to requirement Airless Spray - Ready for use
- Avoid Contact with eyes or skin as this product may cause irritation. In case of eye contact, flush with sufficient clean water and consult a physician immediately. Keep out reach from children and food. Refer to MSDS for complete safety information.
2 years at ambient temperature in unopened containers.
Surface Preparation
- Wood must be dry and free from grease, dirt and other contaminants, moothen the surfaces with suitable sandpaper before paint
- Metal - Surfaces must be dry and free from grease, dirt and other contaminants. Steel surfaces should be sanded or wire brushed to remove mill scales and rust
